The organizer will charge the selected vendors a booth rental fee and a deposit of RM150.

The RM150 deposit will not be refunded for reasons including: no-show, early departure, leaving garbage after the event, damage to tables/chairs/tents, and unexcused absence.

The rental fee only includes the items mentioned above. Other items not mentioned, such as booth decorations, carts, power strips, extension cords, lighting, and extra tables and chairs, must be provided by the vendors.

Vendors are responsible for all the goods, appliances, decorations, and other items they bring. The organizer is not responsible for storage or supervision, and any losses will not be compensated.

If a vendor cannot attend the event due to personal reasons (injury, bereavement, childbirth, accidental disaster, rain) on the event day, the rental fee will not be refunded.

In the event of natural disasters, pandemics, government regulation changes, or sudden weather changes, the organizer has the right to cancel, suspend, or postpone the event.

Booth locations will be assigned by the organizer and cannot be chosen. Arrangements will be made based on booth content, aesthetics, event safety, and overall considerations.

Vendors are not allowed to open late or close early, even if their goods are sold out before the event ends.

Each booth is limited to one brand. Food vendors cannot sell beverages, and beverage vendors cannot sell food. Subletting or consignment sales are not allowed.

To ensure stable and safe electricity supply, vendors must notify the organizer and obtain approval to use any appliances and cooking stoves (except small fans, small lights, mobile phone chargers, and laptops).

The organizer has the right to prohibit vendors from using high-power or commercial appliances. The organizer is not responsible for any damages caused by the venue's power supply or other factors.

Application for independent large power supply: RM100 per unit (suitable for commercial cooking appliances such as induction cookers, waffle machines, industrial air fryers, griddles, etc.).

Application for additional power outlets: RM30 per unit.

Application for additional chairs: RM10 per chair.

The organizer reserves the right to modify, change, interpret, and cancel the event.

主办方会向被选录取的摊商收取摊位租金及 RM150 押金。

RM150 押金不退还的原因包括:未到场、早退、活动结束后留垃圾、损坏桌椅帐篷、无故缺席。

租金仅包含上述所提及的项目,其余物品如摊位装饰、搬货推车、多头插座、延长线、灯饰、额外桌椅等需摊商自备。

摊商所带来的货品、电器、布置等一切物品由摊主自行负责。主办方不承担帮忙储存或看管的责任,若有任何损失恕不负责。

若摊商在活动当天因个人原因(伤病、丧葬、生产、意外灾害、下雨)无法出席,租金恕不退还。

若遇到天灾、疫情、政府条规变动、气候突变等不可抗力因素,主办方有权取消、暂停或延期活动。

摊位位置由主办方编排,不可选择。我们会根据摊位内容、美观性、活动安全性及整体考量进行安排。

摊商不允许延迟开档或提前收档,即使商品在活动结束前售罄。

一个摊位只限一个品牌,卖食物的不能卖饮料,卖饮料的不能卖食物,不允许合摊或寄卖。

为确保场地电力供应稳定和安全,摊商所带的电器和煮食炉具(除小风扇、小灯饰、手机充电器和笔记本电脑外)必须提前通知主办方并获得同意后方可使用。

主办方有权禁止摊商使用耗电量过大的电器或商用电器;主办方不为场地电源或任何因素导致的损坏负责。

申请独立大电源:RM100/1个(适用于商用煮食电器如电磁炉、华夫饼机、工业空气炸锅、平底锅等)。

申请额外插座收费:RM30/1个。

申请额外椅子收费:RM10/1张。

主办方保留最终修改、变更、解释及取消本活动的权利。
